ICC World Cup : The T20 World Cup will be held in Australia next month. All the preparations have been done for this tournament. All the countries have selected their teams. This Maha Kumbh will start from 16th October.

This time around, there are 16 teams competing in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022. While the Super 12 matches will begin on October 22, the first round matches will begin on October 16. On November 13, Melbourne will host the competition’s finale.

The T20 World Cup’s prize money has also been disclosed by the ICC. The winning team will receive crores of rupees this time around. In addition to this, the semifinal and runner-up teams will receive a significant financial windfall.

The winning team of the 2022 ICC T20 World Cup will receive 1.6 million US dollars, or roughly Rs 13 crore. At the same time, the losing team will receive $ 800,000 (roughly Rs 6 crore). Apart from this, the semi-final teams will get Rs 3.26 crore.

The winning teams in Super-12 will get an amount of Rs 32 lakh. The Super-12-eliminated team will receive Rs 57 lakh. The winning team in the first round will get Rs 32 lakh. Team who eliminate in the first round will get 32 lakhs.

16 Teams will participate in ICC World Cup

This ICC World Cup will present 16 teams together. Qualifier matches will playing from October 16 to October 21. Teams from Namibia, Netherlands, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Ireland, Scotland, West Indies and Zimbabwe will take part in the qualifiers. After this, the matches of Super-12 will start from October 22. Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, New Zealand, Pakistan and South Africa are in the top-8.
