School Holiday : For the holiday season, Chhattisgarh’s school education department has declared a holiday. Holidays All of the state’s schools will be closed from October 3 to October 7 for the Dussehra holiday. From October 21 to October 26, there will be a 6-day holiday in observance of Diwali.

5 days holiday in Dussehra – Dussehra holiday will be from 3rd October to 7th October in all the schools of the state.

Summer declared for 45 days – From May 1 to June 16, there will be summer vacation in all the schools of the state.
This year Shardiya Navratri has started from 26th September. After nine days of Shardiya Navratri, the festival of Dussehra is celebrated on the tenth day. This year the festival of Vijayadashami will be celebrated on 05 October.
