New Immigration Law will be Beneficial?

– With the help of a five-year green visa, foreigners will be able to sponsor themselves without the help of local citizens or employees. Freelancers, skilled workers and investors will be eligible for this visa.
– Not only this, apart from this, Green Visa holders will also be able to sponsor their family members. If a green visa holder’s permit expires, they will be given six months.

– The Golden Visa will be for Investors, Entrepreneurs, Individuals and People with Unique Talent. Under this, they will get an extended residency of 10 years.
-Golden visa holders will be able to sponsor family members and children. Family members of the Golden Visa holder can stay there even after the death of the card holder, as long as the visa remains valid.
-Golden visa holders will have 100% ownership of their business here.
– Visitors coming on a tourist visa will be able to stay in the UAE for 60 days.
